CyberNet Defense provides infrastructure security monitoring, a client dashboard, automated reporting, and related services.

3. User Conduct

Do not use the contact form for spam, harassment, or illegal content
Do not attempt to brute-force, exploit, or bypass security measures
Do not submit malware, phishing content, or malicious links

4. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and content on this site are the property of CyberNet Defense. The name "CyberNet Defense" and associated branding are protected.

5. Limitation of Liability

CyberNet Defense is provided "as is" without warranty. We shall not be liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

6. Privacy

Use of this service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, storage, and GDPR compliance.

7. Infrastructure

This service is hosted on FlokiNET, a privacy-focused provider established in Iceland in 2012. We do not use third-party service providers or analytics.

8. Changes

Terms may be modified at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland and the European Union.
