CyberNet Defense ("we," "our," or "us") operates on a privacy-first principle. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you interact with our website and services. Our infrastructure is hosted exclusively on FlokiNET — a privacy-focused hosting provider with servers in Iceland, Romania, Netherlands, and Finland.
Contact Form: When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and message content. This data is stored on our private servers and never shared with or sold to third parties.
Cookies: We use exactly one functional cookie (cnd_theme) to remember your display preference. This cookie contains no personal data and expires after 365 days. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind.
Server Logs: Our servers are configured with minimal logging. We do not maintain access logs, visitor analytics, or any tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, use it for profiling, or transfer it to countries without adequate data protection.
All data is stored on FlokiNET servers protected by AES-256 encryption at rest, DDoS mitigation, firewall protection, and automatic SSL/TLS certificates. Contact form messages are stored in flat JSON files with hashed IP addresses. No personally identifiable IP data is retained.
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact: admin@cybernet.tzroot.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security researchers are encouraged to responsibly disclose vulnerabilities. Contact us at the email above. We commit to acknowledging receipt within 48 hours and not pursuing legal action against researchers acting in good faith.
